How long will shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Ankara within 1-2 business days.
• For domestic orders (within Turkey):* Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number from our cargo partner once your package is on its way.
• For international orders:* Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. All international orders are fully tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. This email will include your order number, a summary of your purchased items, and your billing and shipping details.
If you haven't received the confirmation email within a few minutes, please:
1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Log in to your account on our website to view your order history.
If you still can't find your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team at izankaraeticaret@gmail.com with your full name and the approximate time you placed the order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if your order has *not yet been processed for shipment*.
Please email our support team at izankaraeticaret@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change" and include your order number and the new, correct shipping address.
We process orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to alter the destination.
